Part of it is my selfish desire to be able to skip town at a moment’s notice
but also I feel guilty when I am away from him for too long. At least a baby could hop a flight with me. Can’t really throw this fluffy joker in a Baby Bjorn and board a flight to Europe.
This is the top reason I love where we live right now-
Our landlords always look out for Calvin when were gone.
He spends all his holidays with them, as well as Hurricane Irene, and we know he’s in good hands.
I chaperoned Jasper’s field trip today and including him I had four kids to watch in total. I sat with them on the bus and as we were just about to get on the highway one of the boys said, “They’re doing a lot of construction here, right?” I said, “yes” because obviously they were. Then he added, as only an 8 year old can add, “Oh, there’s the liquor store where my mom gets her wine.”
That will be my kid someday. God willing.

40 min lift, abs w/ the ball thingy and 10’ elliptical. when i bike to work, im going to try to focus on lifting. i want michelle obama arms and a kim kardashian ass for my wedding.
i mean what does that extra 20’ of cardio really do for me, that the lifting doesnt? does one really need 90’ of cardio a day?

arms alt. 3x10 lat pull down (30lbs), 3x8 flys, press (12 lb each side). 3x8 shoulder raises & v-raises (little yellow weight…like 5 lbs i think?). 3x8 tricep dips.
wimpy abs. 3x10 bicycles & crunches. i hate doing abs. most boring thing ever.
